To calculate the shipping costs, you can enter your country and postcode on the order page.
Shakaloha.com strives to make all deliveries within the EU within 10 working days after receipt of your payment. This is 15 working days for countries outside the EU.
In practice, however, much depends on the speed and working methods of our forwarders.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an e-mail from the carrier so that you can track your order online.
PostNL and DPD do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.
shop.hakaloha.com only accepts products for return or exchange for another product if the returned items show no signs of wear and all original tags are displayed and all labels are attached.
If you want to return an item, you must do so within 14 days of the delivery date. You have to take care of the transport yourself and pay the shipping costs of the return shipment. We only reimburse the shipping costs if the return shipment concerns a production error or if you have not received the correct product.

After receiving your return shipment, we will examine the return and within fourteen (14) days after receiving your return for replacement or refund of the purchase price. In practice, however, returns are handled on average no later than 3 working days after receipt of the goods.
