- Chest: Measure the largest circumference around your upper body right across the chest.
- Waist: Measure horizontally around the waist, but do not pull your centimeter too tight.

- A. Chest: Measure your own garment over the full breast width just below the sleeve insert.
- B. Waist: Measure your own garment over the full width at the imaginary navel.
- C. Hips: Measure your own garment over the full width at the bottom or where your hips should be.
- D. Middle length: Measure your own garment vertically at the back from the top to the bottom.
- E. Arm length: Measure your own garment from the seam allowance on the side of the shoulder to the bottom of the arm.
