1. Shipments

Shakaloha.com
ships to the following countries:

The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Belgium, France, Italy, Czech Republic, Estonia, United Kingdom, Ireland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Spain, Switzerland and Austria, USA & Australia.

You can calculate the shipping costs at the order page before after you put your items in the shopping cart, just before you go to the payment pages.

 thrives to deliver within the region of Europe & the rest of the world within 7 working days after the receipt of your payment. For the Netherlands that is 5 working days.

However most of the times delivery is done within 1-3 days after receival of your payment.

Our international forwarders PostNL & DPD do not deliver on sundays and national holidays. 


2.Returns

Shakaloha.com only accept products for return or exchange if the returned item shows no signs of usage and all original tags and labels are attached.

If you wish to return a product you must do so within 14 days after delivery date. You will have to take care of the return shipment as wel as the cost of the reurn shipment. We will reimburse the shipping costs if the return is a production error, or if you did not receive the product ordered.

Send an e-mail announcing your return to: admin@shakaloha.com.

Send in your package the return form and the (copy) invoice (which you received by email) along with your product so that we can verify that you purchased the product through webshop of shakaloha.com.

After receiving your return we will investigate the matter and in case of acceptance of the complaint exchange or reimburse your product within fourteen (14) days. We will correspond the returns with you personally.

We can only accept goods that are delivered by shipping agents, you can not come to us and bring the returs. We recommend using a shipment company that uses a "tracking system" since you are responsible for the loss of packets.
