shakaloha.com ships to the following countries:
The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Belgium, France, Italy, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Estonia, Hungary, Bulgaria, United Kingdom, Ireland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Spain, Switzerland and Austria, USA, Japan & Australia .
To calculate the shipping costs, you can enter your country and postcode on the order page.
Shakaloha.com strives to make all deliveries within the EU within 10 working days after receipt of your payment. This is 15 working days for countries outside the EU.
In practice, however, much depends on the speed and working methods of our forwarders.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an e-mail from the carrier so that you can track your order online.
PostNL and DPD do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.

Follow the steps via our digital return portal.
1. Register your return
Enter your order number (including the letters ORD) together with the email address you used to place the order in our convenient digital return portal.
Then select the item you wish to return and indicate the reason for your return.
In the return portal, you can already pay for the shipping costs for the selected carrier, after which you will immediately receive a (digital) shipping label or a printable label for your return, which you can have scanned at the drop-off point.

2. Pack your return
Carefully pack the items you wish to return. Make sure that any old barcodes that may still be on the reused box are no longer visible by removing the original label from the box.
Returns are only possible if the items are unworn and the original labels are still attached.
If the original label has been removed, unfortunately we cannot accept the item back. So please be careful when unpacking your order!
3. Drop off your return
Hand in your package at the nearest drop-off point of the chosen carrier. Please note that the return shipping costs by post are at your own expense.
4. Refund of your returned items
Once we have received your return, we will do our best to process it within 14 days. You will receive an email from us as soon as your return has been checked and processed. Please keep the shipping receipt until you have received confirmation and your refund from us. After processing, we will refund the purchase amount to your account as soon as possible.
